There’s a Chinese proverb that says good things come in pairs and Whataburger is proving that to be true. If you’ve read my previous article, you’ve seen Whataburger at 6200 Coliseum Blvd will be opening soon. There’s going to be a second Whataburger location breaking ground at 3601 S MacArthur Drive. From a corporate point of view, this is justifiable given the second location will have easy access from I-49. This will encourage the thousands of travelers to stop in for a mid-way break between North and South Louisiana. Queue the billboard purchases!
For the locals, this means you have not one, but two chances to get your hands on a honey butter chicken biscuit with fries and a coke, Mmmmm. We’ll keep you posted on the construction updates and announce when it’s officially open. Thanks for reading and stay tuned!
